can anyone please help?
I went into my local EE store and asked if they could recomend a pay-as-you-go sim card for data transfer only for a GPS tracking device (I even showed them the device) I was given a T-mobile sim and told I had to put £10 credit onto it
I was told I would have to make an on-line account in order to access the funds and activate the card
after much time spent on the phone with the T-mobile staff I have been told that the sim card I was given is not suitable and cannot be used with my device and advised to go back to the shop and get my money back
the member of EE staff has told me they cannot do refunds on credit
how to I get my £10 back ?

Presumably you paid for this credit with a credit or debit card?babsno1mum wrote: »can anyone please help?

Speak to your card issuer about a chargeback.
MSE's Chargeback article has more details.0 -

Are you sure that the SIM is unsuitable? I find more often than not the staff are talking out of their bottoms. I was under the impression that you could use any SIM card in most trackers?0 -
