Converting Solid Fuel Central Heating to Gas

I currently have solid fuel (Parkray fire) central central heating with 6 rads, hot water tank cylinder in upstairs airing cupboard and header tank in loft.
I want to convert this to gas central heating with minimum fuss e.g keeping all same pipe work and rads (if possible). Anyone got a rough idea how much this might cost?
I can get gas supply connected to the property so that is separate.
