Help needed to understand seller dashboard

Quite often in these forums, someone mentions the dashboard rating and reminds seller to check theirs.
I have read through these forums but the figures don't mean much to me.
I am not a top rated seller or anything.
I have clicked on my dashboard and there are 4 figures - 4.91, 4.91, 4.9 and 4.8.
Somewhere somone had mentioned that 4.53 is below standard and one needs to take action.

What are the acceptable ratings? What is the highest? 5? If so, how is 4.5 bad? When should I be worried? I have tried to find explanation of these figures but haven't found anything. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

4.8 or higher is a perfectly acceptable rating, even 4.7 is Ok but if that stars to fall then it becomes an issue. Most sellers manage to maintain 4.8

However the expanded seller dashboard is more important and there are details on this thread

Thanks soolin. The second part of the link talks about creating reports - I haven't got a clue what they are! I will reread the thread tomorrow when I am fresher!

Look at the raw figures first, any lows? Then do reports later.
