Hello I would like to buy a house in new york. Is this a good idea I found some nice properties in Rochester, New york. Is there a good chance of getting ten nets to rent it out here? Is it safe area and are house price going to raise here?

    Do you mean in New York city or New York state. Rochester is a large town in New York State? 250 miles from New York City!
