Are building regulations applications always listed on a Council website?

Hi, this is linked to a thread I started yesterday.
I can't find any building regulations applications listed on the council website for a house we are looking to buy (which has had a couple of extensions/conversions). Does this mean that no application was submitted? (I can find applications for neighbouring properties).

There is no public right to object to Building Regs applications. So no point in publishing them, surely? Are you confusing Building Regs with Planning Applications? You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0

No, on our council website, planning and building regs applications are listed separately.0

Ring your council and ask.
However, ask generically - do NOT ask about the specific address. If you do, you will invalidate any future indemnity insurance policy.0 -
Building Regs applications may only be listed after a certain date. Check with the council for the scope of the Building Regs listings - but as G_M says, do not under any circumstances be specific about the address. No, on our council website, planning and building regs applications are listed separately. You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0
