Faced with a similar problem, I looked for and found on this site, "the great ink cartridge hunt", and after reading many posts, elected to try www.choicestationary.com. I selected the compatable four for my epson c82, rang them and ordered, received them 48 hrs later, one was dud, informed them and without question, replaced it.
