I've got 5 or 6 photos in a file that I need to attach to an email............considering that I still have trouble with the bloomin' TV remote, can any kind person tell me in words of one syllable how to do it?

I use Paint program to reduce the size of the image properties - think it's under image/stretch/skew?0

The easiest way would be to make a zip file, dump the pictures in there and then attach to your email.
Google will have some instructions.0 -
What mail client are you using? Outlook or Thunderbird will resize pictures for you automatically as you attach them to your email.I'm dreaming of a white Christmas.
But, if the white runs out, I'll drink the red.0 -
Irfanview - https://www.irfanview.com
Zipping jpegs will do nothing as they are already compressed.0 -

If you right click on an image (or shift selected group of images) and select 'Send to mail recipient' it should then give you an option to resize. Can't remember if that feature is available in XP though.604!0

Norma my love, get your picture, and using a sharp pair of scissors, cut all the bits on the sides and top/bottom off that aren't really that important. This should reduce the size nicely. HTH."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0
