Ulster Bank DD

I recieved my first statment to-day i B/td full C/L & no B/T charge.
Can anyone confirm what they call their D/D on your currant acc?
Would it be Natwest Bank-Southend Card Center by any chance. It's an Ulster Bank gold CC.

Don't think so. Mine appears as

DIRECT DEBIT ULSTER BANK MC

If you've only just received your first statement from Ulster Bank Gold card, then they won't have taken a DD yet. They'll only do it round about the 'Payment due by' date which is going to be some time after you get the statement.

Can't recall how long you get to make the payment for that particular card, but it's going to be at least a couple of weeks or so after the statement date, so I don't see how they would already have taken a payment from your current account. So if you are seeing a DD with Natwest on it , it's nothing to do with Ulster Bank.

I've just had it confirmed by Ulster Bank that it is indeed
Natwest Bank Southend Card Center
