Sold Phone As Untested

I recently sold a Sony Ericsson on eBay as Untested, I evenput Untested in the item description. The buyer has now opened a case saying it was not as described and wantsa refund, apparently it does not switch on. Admittedly it was listed as used however the buyer even admitted inthe case message that they knew it was untested. Should I refund them? I defiantlydidn’t mislead anyone.

Additional information-
I don’t like listing things as untested but wasin a rush and had several phones to get rid of.

Yes refund on receipt.

Untested means absolutely nothing. It doesn't mean not working, working, broken, fixed.....

If you don't like doing it, then don't do it.
