Nationwide so far is the only card issuer who issue Chip & Signature Cards (vice Chip & PIN) that actually arrive in an envelope that informs you that the enclosed card is Chip & Signature.
Other major card issuers send you a Chip & Signature card but the enclosed literature tells you it's a chip & PIN card - very confusing and can cause great embarassment in shops.
