Tj Hughes shop that sell returned FAULTY goods

a few weeks ago we bought a Roman blind from local store, it had been opened & returned but was £15 down from £29.99, so thought who ever had bought it didn`t like it..
got it home a vital part was missing (wouldn`t stay up without it, did phone some local places that "make" these blinds to order, but they wouldn`t sell us the missing part, as that would only be about £3 at the most) so took it back, told them what was missing, got a refund as they had no more in stock.
went in yesterday, saw a Roman blind, like the one we took back, had a look it was the one we took back as FAULTY (we could see the missing part), with a price of £29.99 out of interest we took it to get the price checked and it was correct, then asked if it was working ok, as it looked as if it had been returned, and was told "oh yea, they must have changed there mind, we do sell some returned stock, but it`s checked before" told them it`s the one we took back as the part was missing, was told dhe`d put it to one side for the "supervisor to have a look at", just out of interest as we where going past today, popped in, guess what.. it`s for sale!
it got us mad as 2 people had returned this blind with a missing part, yet they STILL sell it.
