refund advice

having a wee look through my threads today and thought I would update this if anyone else runs in to a similar situation.
I got a full refund of the money I paid. The deposit service i used was more of a layaway system than a formal deposit scheme. If someone doesn't sign or agree to something then they cant be held to it regardless of what others might say.
I am happy with my outcome naturally as I got what I wanted, and the ring we were purchasing is still in the store they havent sold it.0 -

Yes they can, actions can form contract not just signatures, contracts come in all shapes and forms and do not ever need to be written.0
