refund advice

  • having a wee look through my threads today and thought I would update this if anyone else runs in to a similar situation.

I got a full refund of the money I paid. The deposit service i used was more of a layaway system than a formal deposit scheme. If someone doesn't sign or agree to something then they cant be held to it regardless of what others might say.

I am happy with my outcome naturally as I got what I wanted, and the ring we were purchasing is still in the store they havent sold it.

Yes they can, actions can form contract not just signatures, contracts come in all shapes and forms and do not ever need to be written.
