Our local PoundShop does spectacle chains/straps/chords for....erm...£1 each. As does eBay. Or try blagging one from your local optician.

    Afternoon penny-savers,
    Busy day so far:
    *Done surveys.
*Re-opened old complaint with Toluna re a pet-feeding study I did for a whole week, then they didn't pay me my £10 voucher as they said I 'wasn't elligible for the survey'. Eh?? Even thought they invited me to both stages & sent me a daily link to fill in the online diary? Had about given up on getting a resolution, then got an email from their customers services out of the blue yesterday inviting me to reopen it as they know a lot of people received poor service & didn't get their complaints dealt with. Hmmm. Let's see what happens this time!
*That's it for me today - off to assess freezer contents for those meal plans!

Keep going with your complaint Foxgloves and if you are still not happy contact the Market Research Society who govern the behaviour of all these companies. I worked in market research, on the client side, for 10 years so know a little of the workings of these companies. It is definately unacceptable if you can show evidence of being invited at both stages.

    Good luck!
