Personally till I can actually read what this person put forward, I would not worry, that the lawyers did not even turn up makes me think there was several faults in his case.

Just remember it is a quarantted case that would get into the press.

To all those in the middle stay strong and make sure your paperwork is correct.

does anyone know what happened with that barrister going to court - i thought it was a few weeks ago that it started but not sure where to find info??

just read that martin will help person appeal if a problem - that's great, hope he wins his appeal
