Its a pity he was only caught in a non-legal private bay operated by one of the Parking Forum's most notorious cowboy outfits - CP Plus!
Somewhere he could have been legally ticketed/towed would have been so much more satisfying.

The government are supposed to be setting an example and not abusing their powers. If I had seen that I would have gladly blocked him in and displayed my blue badge and I would have made sure he did not leave until I was ready to leave!0

It is of no importance whether he was driving or not, he can clearly see where the car had been parked due to the wider bays, for someone in his position he should be unimpeachable, he should have ordered the chauffeur to park elsewhere
he is gulity and should be reprimanded by the authorities and ordered to do community service:eek:0 -
