Ok a lot of stuff Ive bought is low priced electrical stuff & had no problems, BUT a lot of stuff you purchase dosent have a receipt or a return address, and a lot of them say that return postage is payable by you (incorrect).
Another thing, how do you enforce a 1yr warranty, or even harder the SOG act from e-bay?0 -
You can't please everybody all of the time. Don't take it personally. And price your items with enough margin to allow for returns and the odd INR/broken.
If you sell low priced items (less than £10ish inc P&P) then get a PayPal micro payments account.
Research your postage options well.
