she has to put in that you signed on ie signed the declaration and attended jobcentre when you supposed to. if she doesn't she is in wrong as there will be proof you signed

Just present a record of the jobs you applied for. The job centre website does not always record applications. If you send your cv via the e - mail link it does not register. Record everything, make notes and make a complaint if they do not do as they are supposed to. Some of them are power mad and if you let them they will push you around. Start putting in formal complaints and their attitude mellows a little
If a man does not keep pace with his companions, then perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer. Let him step to the music he hears, however measured or far away. thoreau
  • Email link!! That's why it's not showing. I'm a muppet. The two that aren't showing were via email links. I normally save them, and must have forgotten.

I'm concerned that if I complain about her just now, it'll cause me even more grief. I've had no issues with any other advisors, but when I was moved from IS to JSA, and was handed over to her, it's been a nightmare.

me and hubby have a certain advisor we see that stipulates we need to register to this..others dont say anything about it.. our problem is that we dont apply for things online so its a waste of time imo.

Don't panic, just write them down.

As long as you have complied with your Jobseeker Agreement, and you present a record of what you have done, with dates and the ID numbers or contact details, there is nothing to worry about.
  • Interestingly, today I was seen by a different advisor, and my backside was barely on the seat before I was off again. She is aware of my situation with childcare, and aware I'm waiting on an appointment with Business gateway, so wasn't actually fussed about what I'd done to look for work this week, BUT, when I said "don;t you want to see my proof of the jobs I've applied for?", she said, "No, I can see on my screen everything you've done on the jobsearch site". Surely that's a fudge?! I've never been asked to give them access to my account when I sign on, but she inferred that, because it was registered under the email address that they have on file for me, they were able to search it and check on it without my password.
