Universal Jobsearch site

I have fairly basic requirements with the jobcentre about what I need to do in looking for a job, as I have a child who has just turned 5, but has not started school yet, and I hope to go self employed soon, but one of the stipulations is that I apply for at least 3 jobs a week, which is easy. So this week, on Tuesday, I applied for three jobs via the universal jobsearch site, (and have confirmation emails from two of the employers that my application is under consideration), but today, only one of the jobs applied for is showing in my activity history. As I'm due to sign on tomorrow, and certainly cannot afford any sanctions, I'm kind of panicing now. Has anyone else had any issues like this with the website?!

i normally just write it in there. On the right hand side, there is a little box that you can write in (i think its under 'activity history').
Make sure you wrote the dates that you applied too

Does your adviser have access to your account? I wasnt even told about the website, they just handed me a leaflet when I went in and I signed up myself. I have never given access to JC staff though and have never been asked to. Could you just write on the sheet the jobs you have applied for?0

Oh, and do it before 9pm as their site id down from 9pm-11pm today.0

My advisor has never asked for access (yet!), but sods law means that it's a given that she'll ask for access tomorrow. I'll go write everything down, and print out the emails too, just for extra proof. *stressing*!0

You're under no obligation to give them access, even if they ask, is completely optional whether you tick the box to allow them access or not.0

Just out of interest, what advantage is there to denying an advisor access to your 'account' then?
Other than because "you don't have to" I'm not sure what's to be gained by not allowing them access?0 -
if you write down the details of the jobs you applied for ie company name and address and type of job then all job centre will prob do is check with company a decent company will confirm you have0

While I realise I don't have to give them access, the relationship between myself and my advisor is already rocky to say the least (I'm afraid she gets called the Kracken behind her back), and as she seems to make it her mission to reduce me to tears at each visit, I really don't want to cause her to sanction my money and reduce an already rocky relationship to a full scale battle. I will take great pleasure in putting in a formal complaint about her when (if!!) I ever sign off of JSA.0

i don't think she can sanction you there and then it has to go to a independent person called a decision maker who with all the info will make a decision if goes against you, you have the right to appeal, if goes in your favour you will get your benefit0

Oh right - I was given the impression by her that her almighty index finger hovers over the button of plentiful giving, and if she doesn't click it, I don't get my JSA into the bank the following Wednesday!0
