How to reduce rain splash on side of shed

We have a fairly new shed which has developed damp on one side (just the bottom two panels, due to the rain bouncing back onto that side of the shed).

It is on a level flagged base.

Other than fitting guttering is there another option to prevent the splash back?

Nail a gravel board to the exposed side if the splashes are bothering you.

Could I use a strip of heavy duty clear sheeting, cut to the depth of about three rows of panels?

I know it only lasts about a year or so but could replace when it becomes tatty.

We can't actually see the side concerned from the main part of the garden so that isn't an issue.

I had the same problem and cured it by nailing a strip of roofing felt along the bottom of the affected wall.

It's been on there ten years and shows no sign of needing to be replaced.

Lay some cheap astro turf on the flags - that`ll stop the water bouncing;)

You can use anything that will do the job. I only mentioned gravel board because I have just finished some fencing and had a length left over.

I have four panes of glass from the old shed so have put those along the side, propped up by 3 long planters for now.
