Never in doubt really as i had proof i hadn't committed the 'infringement' and they had sent their first speculative invoice 'out of time', but its always nice to get clarification. Well when i say clarification they said in their latest letter " No further action to be taken. This account is now closed"
I guess that's as near to an apology as i'm likely to get...............
Sent an email to the landowner anyway just to see if they have anything to add0
