    You could maybe stick a link on some of the Regimental websites yourself. The Irish Guards and Royal Irish Regiment would be good sources.

    I'd imagine (hope!) that the OP wants a close to 50:50 spread from both communities to make it an academically rigorous survey.

    There's a high percentage of both communities in those two regiments.
