Hi guys,
Just need a bit of advice on my best options, I want to move out of my house ASAP but am on a interest only mortgage with C&G, dont really want to sell yet as have a secured loan that isn't near complete, so looke like renting the house out is the only option. Whats the deal with C & G and getting a permission to let from them? is it expensive/easy or more hassle than its worth? any other ideas on how I can sort this out?
Cheers all

Each application is taken on a case by case basis - how long you have had mortgage, how much equity in the property, etc, so no-one can categorically confirm you would get consent, or what costs and clauses they would add to permit it.
Are you also aware of all the other costs, legal implications and regulations of letting? Read this:

as it is not as simple, easy, hassle free or profitable as many first time LLs think!0
