What do people think about Auction Sniper?

I agree that sniping means an experienced user can 'beat' an inexperienced ebayer - it was was ever thus!
Lets face it we'll all seen where a bidder doesn't understand how ebay proxy works and sits there putting in 20 or 30 or more bids increasing by the minimum amount each time. LOL every time I see it. Can't they be bothered to read the ebay guidance, etc?, or do they just like hard work??
Automatic sniping is nowhere near as adrenaline-pumping as doing the 'sniping' manually - getting up close so you can see the whites of their eyes just as you put the knife in!!!

Never use an electronic sniper myself I'm with BFG, I love to see the whites of their eyes.... whack the nibblers at the last minute.
A better game for when your really bored is to watch the nibbler nibbling away and whack a bid in £20-£30 higher and sit back and watch them starting all over again.
Or
Another good one is keeping buyers honest and bidding up to just below market value. I am alsways so jealous when someone wins something well below the prevailing rate I just have to bid.
I have lost out on two items recently one which I should have bid my maximum but got too cocky, I came in late with a cheeky bid and got whacked by someone at the last minute and I still had over £150 till I reached my maximum. Frantically trying to rebid with 3 seconds to go....argh. That did hurt.0
