Hi, yes I added my usual shampoo to use the code for £10 off £70 spend but it didn't work, there was another if you spent £90 but didn't want to spend too much!

If anyone feels they have missed out take a look at the Origins products (there was a glitch on these where 750 points were adding per item instead of with 2 items, one being plantsciption)
Would recommend the Origins ginger products, spot gel and concealer- all fab!!

Evening all,
Dont know if anyone can help but i ordered 2 touche eclat and paid with points ( 5000) the order arrived today but i have not been credited with the 4000 active at the time of the glitch. Do you not earn points when spending them?
Just wondered whether to call Customer services or will they take back the 4000 from my previous order?

I don't think you earn points when you pay with points!
Same with a nectar card, etc. You cannot gain points off of points.
What did it say on your order that you would receive pointswise??

I thought it showed on the screen as i progressed through the order!

Has anyone else noticed if the extra points have been removed from their card? Was just checking mine and it is definitely £20 less than it was last time and I've not bought anything with them

Mine was okay on Saturday, I'd spend them quick but was saving for perfume and don't have enough.
Just checked they are still showing.

After reading ur post I bought some toys for Xmas with the points! Was going to wait nearer the time but thought best to use them just in case they are taken back! Should I get a new boots advantage card, worried they might take off the extra points when I build them back up again? X
