I placed an order with the 4000 points being awarded at 12:06 and received an instant Acknowledgement.

At 12:45 Boots sent a Confirmation email for the following items and the 4000 points:

Laurent Touche Eclat Highlighting Pen (£25.00) and
Rive Gauche EDT Spray 30ml (£33.00). :j

I confirm, like Ginger Poodle, it is a bit 'hit and miss'. However, whilst playing around with various combinations, it seems the Touche Eclat needs to be one of your items.

Still working for me. I added the two items in to basket first and then signed in once already in checkout. Got 4000 points. There was a generic error when I went to pay but I just clicked back to my basket and checked out again and it was fine after that. Placed 2 orders:

1st order placed at 11.10am and received order confirmation at 11.46am. I ordered an eyeliner and eyeshadow.

2nd order placed just now - ordered 2 x perfect touch foundation as both my sisters highly recommended this product! Its £36 each so effectively less than half price!

I can't get the foundation my colour is sold out... Damn!! Lol I've just ordered two off the highlighter pens although £50 is a lot if money I think I may have got carried away with points lol!!!

I am hoping you can exchange colours.....I have never tried !clat before so I do not know the colours and although I have tried a colour on a screen is never going to be identical.....I will be calling into boots to try the colours and if another one is better I will be asking for an exchange

thanks for your help but I've tried logging in and out (about hundred times lol) and do have touche eclat as one of the items but still no joy....I'm going to have to accept defeat on this one. Shame because I really really wanted to try the products and then use the points for some perfume grrrrr

Didn't work for me initially so tried logging in and out a few times. Also used quidco.

Only shade I could get was touche eclat 1 - may be a bit too fair for me but will give it a whirl as usually spend £20plus on this!

I'm afraid they won't exchange YSL, you could do a refund and repurchase the item in another colour, but am I right in thinking that Boots would take the points off the original purchase??
