Right to a refund?

I purchased a laptop from currys on the 28th of February this year.

I turned it on yesterday to be greeted with a message saying boot device not found please install an operating system.

I have no faith in this laptop breaking after 35 days and would rather an exchange than repair as I'm worried it is a sign of things to come.

What are my rights? Am I entitled to exchange it?

Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately not. They can effectively choose the most cost effective remedy to them, likely being a repair
