I'm thinking of joining Talk Talk for their business broadband package at £24.99 per month. This includes line rental, unlimited broadband and free calls 9am - 5pm.
Does anyone have any views on their support and continuity of service? I'm a little apprehensive given the press about their residential packages.
Would you risk it????

Haven't used it but going on what I've read about their home services I wouldn't go near it for business. Use a proper, reliable, ISP instead of a mobile phone retailer that's jumped on the bandwagon. Check ADSL guide or whatever it's called now for reviews.0

I wouldn't trust them myself after I watch watchdog's report on their home service - drop outs...lost connection for days..no support and waiting over an hour to get to speak to someone.0
