Hi all just letting people out there in a IVA, if you have recently settled or finished and you have a Full and Final wait until your credit reference co has the 'settled' your account and its been posted with Council etc, i waited from Sept last year, acceptence of F&F until after the end of January 2013 before reclaiming PPI from my old bank.
Huge hit, i didnt know how much it ran to until i recieved a check for 4.5 K!!!!!!!!.
Much happiness and celebrating after serious stress etc.

GT are claiming any PPI as we're currently in an IVA ... but, I'm glad some folks can at gain some good fortune! (I doubt there will be any PPI claim for us anyeay).I wish I was a glow worm, a glow worm's never glum
