when pip get rolled out is there any truth in that they will contact you and ask some about 10 questions and if you don't get so many right then they wont even let you fill in a form to transfer from DLA.

Isn't this the test to be carried out over the telephone to see if you are able to go to the next stage of actually filling out the claim form?
