Hi Just reading this thread. My bundle has been produced and delivered 10 days late, but a crucial page is missing (They are numbered in their own right so it is very clearly omitted). I have formally asked for the page to be inserted but as other stuff was added in after the date I complained. They have now said to the court that they were ready to exchange but "I" have Issues so they want a weeks extension. I am not happy and wrote to the court accepting everything but requiring the missing page to be added so I have objected in writing to the delay. I know the real reason is that the solicitor is away as I got an out of office response with dates. Conveniently not there when we are set to exchange. Do I have a chance of getting the original date to exchange honoured as the CMO state? Or am I wasting my time? Thanks

As long as you have asked for the missing document to be included the tribunal should accept it.

I'm not sure how you can get an original date to exchange honoured when it has already passed!
