Not sure how you got the games onto a hard drive?
But they need to be added using a program called WBFS manager, pretty simple once you get the hang of it.

You should be able to just dump ISOs on the drive, you will need to make sure it has the correct formatting of the file name games will have something like [SJ45G) in the name.0
