Hijack This log. Can someone take a look plz?

My brother downloaded a few things over the weekend. I don't know which thing was infected. I've only just got on the computer and seen we may have malware. I done Avast, Malware Bytes and Spybot. Spybot found 4 things that cannot remove. I hope I've done right, I restored the computer to a point back in March. Can someone take a look at this Hijack This log please?
