Advice needed for moving out

    property can be a lot of hassle, and if you change your mind at all later on or you get bad neighbours, unlucky with building repairs etc then you can't easily move.

    if you are a single 32 year old I would suggest renting a one bedroom, no more than 40% of your gross salary (divided by 12), then just put a bit of money aside each month for emergencies and also build up a deposit to buy in the future.

    I would say there's no real need to buy a house until you want to settle down with someone and start a family. Enjoy the flexibility renting offers, don't expose yourself to the time and money consuming things property can bring.

    You are more likely to meet someone special if you move out now, living with your parents at 32 is unusual and offputting to many.
