My daughter still has £10 on her account, maybe they haven't got around to her or it's because she already had travel booked on her account, though not from using the voucher.

Others who had nothing on their account except that are also saying theirs are showing as zero.

Due to getting an error when I tried to submit the code I contacted RSH and informed them, they advised that

"Unfortunately the offer has been suspended until further notice , due to fraudulent activity occurring on the website. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused"
