Thanks Deanied. Just claimed and got £10 voucher credited. Also dontaed loyalty points to Princes Trust.

Second link half way down the page worked for me. I spend about £150 a month on rail fares to see my other half, so every little saving helps

Yes have tried both links, both mine & DH accounts and on IE and Chrome and still getting the message.

Looks as though I'm not meant to have this one.

Having tried everything on our PC have now tried again on the laptop - still getting problem page.

Just can't work out why it won't work for me.
