Im thinking about buying a new digital camera. Would mainly be used for holidays but I would like it to be able to take good photos at night.

Not looking to spend more than a few hundred.

Any recommendations?

It's a really nice camera and within your budget. You may well even be able to get the underwater housing for £200 all in.

There was a £50 cash back from Canon over the bank holiday weekend, it is 7mp and a 6x optical zoom + dig zoom. We are very pleased with it and you can get other lenses to fit it, it is built in wide angle too.
