House prices 2013

I've been looking on Zoopla and the Land Registry websites for the latest sold prices but there's nothing listed for 2013.... are they released every quarter? Surely houses must've sold in 2013?!

If I search my area I have dates upto 28th feb 2013, so it could be that houses have sold in your area but are not completed on the sale0
