Mothercare Delivery Fiasco

Tomorrow would be two days late according to them. But if it is today then it still was never going to make it as they only started to or did dispatch today purely because someone chased after I complained that I was told where to go by a rep.
I would happily have paid for Saturday delivery or next day if that option had been available to me. I was asking whether that was one of the days the couriers are contracted to them for deliveries as I know some do it, some don't and others do include it depending on client (Hermes for instance do Saturday delivery for Amazon on a bog standard delivery cost to me but wouldn't for a different company), so I never know whether I may get a Saturday call or not. I wasn't expecting it, I just wanted to know if it was a possibility especially with Easter happening. I wouldn't have been upset if they said no. It was just a query that their website doesn't handle as they don't have much info on their extended range delivery.Data protection is there for you, not for companies to hide behind0
