Hello,Does anyone know what was the outcome of the employment tribunal that Alan Sugar was recently involved in?. There was initially lots on the T.V and in the papers about it, but its all gone quiet now.

It says here that the E.T was listed for 7 days and this was at the beginning of March. So whats happened?

Looking at that though it saying judgement will be made in a month from 13th March so there is still time.

This is the latest from the Daily Mail;

The hearing has finished and the tribunal will make its decision within a month. If there is to be a remedy hearing, depending on the verdict, it will take place on April 22.

Alan Sugar won't settle out of court which is why it went to an ET

The tribunal found for the respondent, English lost her case. No surprise given how few CD claims succeed - I'm not sure whether she was very brave or way too stubborn.

Think she was hoping to be set up for life by going to court and selling her story etc. Trouble is that nobody is that interested.
