    Correct Mr. P.

Not like bitcoin which you can actually use to buy stuff.

Since you are a fan of speculative bubbles, buying frenzies and unearned riches, I would expect you to be along for the ride as well.

You haven't missed the boat you know.

I think I'll give it a miss, dryhat.
I'd rather concentrate on real assets than on some shady computer generated credits.

    You tight !!!!!!.

Surely it's worth £100 just as a punt?

    Or just buy 0.5BTC

Try it out and if it's not for you, send what you don't want to this address...

    No. :)

Many are gonna get burned by this bitcoin frenzy. It's the mother of all bubbles. Many jump on board without having much of a clue what it really is, just because they see the value rising. It's going to end in tears for a lot of people.

    I know.
    Great innit?

Joking aside, don't you find it all interesting though?

    0.000012 BTC?

I have heard of spreading yourself about, but that is just plain ridiculous! ;)

    Very funny.

I used that address on one those "earn free bitcoin" sites when I first started and forgot about it.

Think I got them from filling a survey or watching a movie trailer.

Could be worth a fortune one day.

Where do you keep your main wallet?
Going back to security I have a couple of wallets with bits and pieces in so that if anyone gets hacked them I'm not taken to the cleaners as such

As I said before security and offline access is one thing I'm still learning about.

At the moment I've just got the normal original client.

You can have multiple addresses stored in it but it's a pain because everytime you open it it has to upload and store every bitcoin transaction that has taken place since the last time it was opened.

    Iv'e got nothing portable yet.
Mainly because I just don't understand all the jargon.

I've been trying to get my head around "brain wallets" (excuse the pun) and may go along that route once I understand it.

If nothing else, this bitcoin thing has been a real education for me.
I think I have learned more about ICT in the last month than I have in the last decade.

I have online wallets with backups sent to email.
I tried to use a email upload recovery as a test and it worked a-ok so that was a relief.

  • I'm still gonna want GBP's if you want to buy anything from me, buddy. I sadly don't accept game credits you gathered through numerous quests throughout the Kingdom of Kalimdor and Pandaria.

There is no difference between as yousay "game credits you gathered through numerous quests throughout the Kingdom of Kalimdor and Pandaria" and bitcoin.

No difference between them and fiat currencies for that matter they are all not backed by anything.

Its all a con game. Why do you have confidence in Pounds Sterling and not bitcoin or "game credits you gathered through numerous quests throughout the Kingdom of Kalimdor and Pandaria"??????????
