Digital Radios

TractorGirl327

I want to get my husband a digital radio as part of his 40th birthday present this summer but don't know the first thing about them

I know Virgin Radio used to give away Roberts digital radios - is that a good make?

I'm looking for one that will work on mains or battery and I don't want to spend over £100

Any help gratefully received!

Thanks

Put your postcode in the coverage checker to make sure you can receive dab first.

Pure and Roberts are both good makes.

Roberts is definitely a good make, but I think Pure Digital just about edge it in terms of quality and value.

I would recommend the Pure ONE, or Pure Evoke-2.

Both do Mains/battery, and are under £100.

A few months old, so I don't know if the models mentioned are still available (might even be cheaper now!), but might be helpful:
