Ok, I know there are some great LL out there but an awful lot of bad, lazy ones too.
Went to look at a property this morning. Way overpriced to start, but was also just sooo bad.
Cracked, in fact, chunks out of the upvc back door. Paintwork all chipped, pipes boxed in but work not really finished off. Grouting between tiles disgusting and very black and many broken tiles as well. Evidence of mould due to lack of ventilation.
Even the LA suggested we put in an offer of lower rent, but the amount she suggested was still more than it was worth.
I do wonder sometimes about some LLs!

No, so easily can be done up or cleaned. There was even hairs in the bath so it appears it hasn't even been given a decent clean.0

I'll bet the LL charged for a 'professional' clean on the way out too.0

Maybe the LL is non-resident (or at least not local) and paid the LA to make sure the house was up to scratch before re-letting. They might be blissfully unaware of the state of the place.0

The LL has been into the property fairly recently (last couple of days) as he had painted one wall in the lounge. Very badly I have to add!0
