I am having absolutely no luck speaking with India - All they want to do is refer me back to the person I wish to complain about.
Does anyone have a number in the UK (which isnt routed to India!) for customer complaints?

Don't have a number but if you search for Dell on www.saynoto0870.com it comes up with multiple results you could try.0

I would write to them at their UK address and send it signed for and ask them for a reply in a certain time scale, and mention in the letter you are not satisfied with the way your complaint was delt with by their Indian call centre0
