The only forms I have filled in are the original Bankruptcy ones. (I got some sent from the courts-not online, don't know if there is a difference, but very easy to fill out!)

isnt 45 quid a week a lot for someone on 16k+ a year?
i could be wrong though as i often am :p

If you go to https://www.entitledto.co.uk and input basic details for a single adult, with one child, no added frills and an annual income of £16500, the tax credit award is @£45 per week. As shown below.

    Period:06/04/2007-05/04/2008 annual £ weekly £
Initial Tax Credit award for period: £2,359.50 £45.13
    Working Tax Credit: £0.00 £0.00
    Child Tax Credit: £2,359.50 £45.13

Final Tax Credit award for period: £2,359.50 £45.13
    Working Tax Credit: £0.00 £0.00
Child Tax Credit award: £2,359.50 £45.13

    So this does seem right.

Yeah that's where I got my figures from too. Funny how HMRC want to pay me £47.15 CTC and £81.99 WTC a week!!!
