TalkTalk tinpot company

I have been with talktalk approx 3 years in that time i have hardly had more than 4 months with out losing my broadband connection or getting low speed connections I live within half a 1000yrds of the relay station. i have am now changing to another provider. The same day talk talk were informed of this my broad band went off .I complained to them several times and was told several things were causing the fault they ranged from,
1)the new provider that was taking over my line had cut me off
2)there was a fault on my line
3)my router was not working
4)there was no fault on my line it was my internal cables
So i then phoned offcom they told me to ask talktalk to send the problem i had with my line in writing, when asked this over several phone calls they rufused i eventually got through to a manager and they said "they would send it if i payed £10.00.Once the manager was told of offcom involvement my broadband suddenly came back on.Be warned this company is a joke.

That is really bad, seems they wanted to annoy you for saying you were going to leave them.

Who are these idiotic people who think its acceptable to use the power they have to cause a nuisance, i think its disgusting and they should all be fired.

TalkTalk = Dont talk just get lost.
