I have over paid my Santander Zero Card. Does anyone know will I be charged any fees/interest if I withdraw the overpayment in Euros i.e. on holiday?

By "over paid" do you mean you've pre-loaded it with your holiday spending money for cash withdrawals?
You won't be charged fees or interest by Santander, but there a chance their systems will detect the deliberate pre-load - especially if it's 'substantial' - and your card could be blocked, as it's almost certainly a breach of the T&Cs.
Best advice?...take a spare card just in case!
I use this card abroad, and when I've made cash withdrawals the interest has always been 'pennies' (even at 27.9% APR), as I've settled the balance immediately on return to the UK.0
