They don't sound like major expenses mind, so I would be inclined to just repair and carry on, you haven't brought a new build and so everyone buying a house will find a problem of some sort once moved in.0 -

This is what a survey is for. House owners are not realistically expected to be builders plumbers and what have you....and the answer to every question will be - it worked as far as we knew...0
