Citibank - arghhh!

Several weeks ago I wrote to Citibank at their PO box address to try to resolve a credit card dispute (they charged interest on a fraudulent transaction in 2009) but predictably, they have not answered.

I don't live far from Worthing where their PO box address supposedly resides and I'd like to hand deliver a copy of the original letter. Does anyone know their actual, street address?

Is it definitely still a Citi card? A lot were sold off to Opus a couple of years back.

The reason people have PO Box addresses is because they don't want post delivering to an actual address. Send a formal complaint to their complaints department.
