my tuxedo customer service

Argh ...

I've just had a very very poor customer service experience and just wondered if any one else had been in the same position.
I would really like to speak to someone higher in there company to discuss my complaint, however the lady I spoke to would not put me through and at one point said she owned the company.
I can see from google that the executive chairman used to be John Croft but I believe is not now.
I would love some help from you wonderful money saving experts,

The Website claims to be run by G & M (UK) Ltd (based on the company number on the about us page).

I think they get the returns, don't give you the money unless you can prove you have a proof of purchase.

Good way of making extra revenue, sell a product more than once
