The wife would like to open an instant access account on the high street that comes with a passbook. Skipton always had the best rates - anyone know what the best rate is and where?

chelseas bonus saver appears to be good for next 12 months if u can meet the terms and conditions

chelseas rainy day savings account is another option but only for 1st 12 months while bonus is appplicable again assuming u can meet terms and conditions
